Topsy Turvy Cake...

MY FIRST PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE!

I know...I know...you're saying ~ "What took you so long?"
I don't know...I just never made one before...



But it turned out great.. delicious and "light"...

  5. i have never made one either Carrie...i do love them, but i haven't had any since my mom made them when we were small...ooooooh, she made the best iced pineapple cookies too...yum!!!

  6. I use to make a pineapple upside down cake in my electric skillet. I just forgot about it. It always got comments and I am pretty sure I used a cake mix. I will have to look at Martha's recipe....

  26. I always try to make sure I have all the ingredients in my cupboard so I can just throw one of these together, delicious, I put cherries in the middle of the pineapple too. Yours looks scrummy well done
