An Apple Today....

It is almost apple picking time here in Oregon...

Before you head out, consider what you'll do with the apples that you pick.
Mini Apple Pies are so fun to make
...especially in a jar!

Home-made jam is much easier to make than
you'd think and makes a wonderful gift.

 Blackberry & apple jam

Add apples to any cake for a moist & delicious result!

Pick some apples...and have some yummy fun!

Oh...what sweet little pies! Yes, it's apple time here in Oregon. Next week I am heading over to the valley to do some picking at my sister's house. She has wonderful trees right in her back yard. I can't wait to dry a bunch of them and tuck them away.
Thanks for sharing, my friend,
Carolynn
