Easy Breakfast Treats...

Instead of something sweet, I brought these mini broccoli quiches to work
today for our Staff Devotional Time.

They are so Quick & Easy...
I prepared and baked them in the morning.

...and brought them to work straight from the oven!
~here is the recipe~
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbl flour
  • 2 C frozen broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 3/4 C cheddar cheese, freshly grated (or the cheese you like)
  • salt and pepper to taste (add other spices to taste)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray/grease the muffin pan liberally.
  3. Microwave the broccoli for three mins.then chop
  4. Beat the eggs & flour in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour into muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes.

Staying Cozy,
Carrie

  9. Carrie, I can't wait to try the frosting recipe on my TSG's birthday cake. She doesn't like sweet frosting and wishes for something else every year. These quiche look so easy to make. Always something yummy here. PS Thanks for the ribbon spool idea. Great! Elizabeth

  11. Oh YUM! I pinned something from Pinterest like this, high protein, and it was actually a very decent calorie/fat count! However, here in the desert, the OVEN is still off limits. I cannot wait for it to cool down! Glad to see you are bouncing back from the Terminal Flu we both shared! **kisskiss** Deb
