MY FIRST PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE!
I know...I know...you're saying ~ "What took you so long?"
I don't know...I just never made one before...
But it turned out great.. delicious and "light"...

ReplyDeleteI use to make a pineapple upside down cake in my electric skillet. I just forgot about it. It always got comments and I am pretty sure I used a cake mix. I will have to look at Martha's recipe....
