How have YOU heard God Today?
Many of you have read about the journey we are going through right now...
...with our forced moved.

It has been a privilege to hear from so many bloggers
who have shared their challenges during this time of financial turbulence
and the surprising ways they have come through the other side!

I am sharing this story today about Janette's personal journey...
and the amazing way she heard from God today!
The plot involves a family...faith...and a frog?
Tell us...how did God speak to you today?
Not today but yesterday I knew he was near when a AT&T bucket truck plowed into the little car I was riding in. My friend and I are okay. We weren't in the best of neighborhoods but the people there were all reaching out to us.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute story. I hope that you are doing okay. I can't wait to hear how you make your new move cozy.
Hey friend~
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear from you...still praying that God makes his plan clear to you!
Remember...he will never lead you...where his grace will NOT keep you!
So glad it encouraged you in your journey...sorry you are having to go through it. Blessings and prayers,
ReplyDeleteJanette

Dear Carrie, I am so sad that you and your husband are going through this trying time. I know that you are a person of courage and have the most wonderful and supportive family to be by your side. Your faith in the "Big Guy" will see you through. A new journey begun. My prayers are with you. Elizabeth

Hi Carrie,
ReplyDeleteThose muffins for your niece look amazing!! Didn't pop over for the post, but have been hearing a lot from God...mostly "Just trust in Me" and "Leave the details to Me" regarding my possible health issues. Abiding in His perfect peace, and finding Him faithful...always!!
Blessings and prayers,
Love,
Becky
Hi Carrie,
ReplyDeleteIt's been a bit since I've been blogging and sorry to hear about the cahnges that are taking place in your life. So many friends of our have had a struggle with the economy. Sounds like you and your hubbie have a great attitude facing the changes taking place.
When you think back on your life though, there are many challenges that we've had to face...right? I think we always come out better when we survive these character builders! Keep positive, God always open another door for us...ALWAYS!
Warmly,
Nancy
I'm still praying for you down here in Tampa, FL. Thank you for your kind comments on my blog about MIL. I've stopped crying for the time being. :)
ReplyDeleteGod spoke to me today at the beach. I pick up shells and love the colors God chose, thinking He had the best eye for color combinations. Even if the shell was ugly on the outside, if I turned it over, it was glazed with beautiful shades of orchids, plums, lavenders, pinks or golden yellows underneath. Some shells are pretty on the outside and not so pretty on the other. Kinda like people in a way. Well...anyway, the beach always inspires love for God in my heart. I hear him as His breeze blows away the blues.
God bless. I'll be thinking of you.
I loved the story Carrie, and the blog. Thanks for introducing us to it. You've been on my mind alot.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Marcia

Hello Carrie~I've been busy with visiting family. Summer weather may not be upon us, but the summer guests are.
ReplyDeleteI did take time to sneak out of the kitchen (from time to time) to see what you'd been up to.
It's nice to finally have time to chat. You've been on my mind ever since I read about your move and circumstance.
I know you'll rise triumphant!
I will be by again....
Sweet wishes,
Sara
