SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO true and acknowledging those little things helps us to keep life in perspective. So glad you are enjoying that new craft room, it will make the transition so much faster, Janette
I have a cup warmer like that on my desk. It is nice to have the last few sips still be warm. I agree those little things do go a long way in making us smile.
I ask myself after reading this post, "why didn't I think of that?" It is a smart move on your part. I agree, it is the little things that mean the most sometimes.
Now that is a great idea. I'll be looking for me one of those.(then I won't have to pour my coffee back in the pot to warm it up)Opps! Probably shouldn't have confessed to that.
I think about you so often Carrie!~ Hoping you are doing well! I just adore that little cup warmer! I need one of those babies! Happy Day to you Sweetpea! xo
so funny how the small things can bring such pleasure I love my little heater by my feet when I am cold and no one else is (o: loved the 4th of July goodies
Isn't that the truth!!! Loooove your black "cone holder" from GW, below. Not to mention the adorable cones! : ) I also enjoyed the tour of your Workspace. Darling! I especially loved all the vintage picnic baskets. Hope you're having a great Summer. Mary Lou
Hi Carrie, I have a coffee warmer too! in my office at work. They are great indeed. I love, love the pleasant blouse you made. I saw Becky's too and she inspired me as well to want to make a few. You look so pretty wearing it and yes your fabric also reminded me of your wallpaper... LOL. I love the paisley fabric a lot. Take care and enjoy your day, Hugs, Elizabeth
Carrie, I so enjoyed your post featuring your crafting room. It was such a thrill to see all your wonderful ideas. The baskets, the endless shelves of jars, the ribbon. In adult life I am going to have a room just like this! By the way... whatever became of the wonderful yellow cupboard you had found? Have a great summer! Elizabeth
I swear I microwave my coffee 456739 times every morning. Exaggeration perhaps, but I think it helps you get the gist of how frustrating it gets sometimes :) Love that you shared this great idea...it's definitely one of the little things making my day! Thanks :)
Carrie~Hello my lil PNW friend! My coffee is iced right now, but before I know it, these 100 degree temps will be short lived and it'll be time to pull out my cup warmer. It so handy...right up there with my tiny frother.
You've transformed your wonderful house into a lovely home. You're so creative with utilizing the space. I will certainly be applying some of these ideas in tackling my lack of storage and space in my house.
Lets chat about your AMAZING *craft center*, I zeroed in to every nook and crannie. I adore the vintage picnic baskets for storing fabrics. You have inspired me to get my massive craft inventory under control. I could easily have two craft stores worth of inventory in my family room.
It warms my heart to see you have taken the time to leave me a message here...If you are new here I will be sure to stop by and visit...and for my friends...I will pop over a see what you are doing too♥
