I used to live in Portland Oregon and absolutely loved the winters. I never got over missing the snow. I don't think the winters there are as severe as they were in the 1940's. Yes..LOL I was alive back then. Can you BELIEVE it? Wish I had a craft room. How neat that would be. Mona
Hi! I saw your comment on Mona's blog and thought I'd pop over here. You're my kind of person if you like coffee, and doggies, and Mona! LOL! I live in Missouri and we've had more snow and extremely cold temps than we have in many years. I'm SO ready for warmer weather. We have a prediction for a few days in the UPPER 30s later this week! Woo-hoo! That'll be a heat wave! :) Nice to meet you, and I'm your new follower!
good morning Carrie! enjoy your day home with coffee and crafts! wish I was staying home today.. but I have to go to work... (hear me whining?) lol! be sure to show us what you made. xoxo vivian
Hi Carrie, I was so happy to see you back to blogging. You have been missed! Enjoy your cozy snow days. We are currently bracing for a big storm. It may be dropping 5-7" of the white stuff on us. That's a lot for these parts, but so far nothing is happening. I'm keeping the Keurig fired up just in case :).
Hi Carrie, So nice stopping in to your warm and cozy blog. I have been shoveling lots of heavy, wet snow and just now sitting down to enjoy some posts :)
It is so good to visit your blog again, and share in the creativity and your kind spirit that comes through each post. Snow days with the above listed commodities, are always a treat, especially the hot coffee:)

I can't think of anything better than snow, coffee, and crafts, unless you throw a dog or two in with them. I'm sure Pearl was right there with you.
ReplyDeleteIt is warming a bit but still very cold.
ReplyDeleteI got a Keurig for Christmas! I love it! I've been drinking lots of cups during our many snows this winter:). Twyla
