Queen for a Night!

Last night my twin daughters hosted a "Pirate Booty Bachlorette Party" for their dear friend. She is getting married on June 20th.
I took on the task of making the Bride to Be Crown for the occasion.
Since it was a "Pirate" theme, the colors were black, red & white.
What do you think?

This is me presenting the bride with her gift. Of course it was in a hat box!
Doesn't she look darling?
Left: My daughter Lauren (bridesmaid)
Center: Bride, Sami
Right: My daughter Shannon (maid of honor)
Beside the fact that we didn't get home unitl 2:30 am... YAWN...we had a wonderful time!

I thank you for visiting my blog today.
I was so tired and ready for a nap when I got finished. I had lots of replies and only one couldn't get through. Not bad.

I have 3 grown daughters, also. Lots of estrogen!

  17. That hat was soooo cute! and can you believ it... my daughter called me tonight asking what to get a friend (they have been very close friends since kindergarten) for her bachlorette party this coming weekend. She didn't want to do something as a joke but something more personal yet fun, yet sofisticated. I suggested a basket of things like lotion, sponges, candle, etc. I came up with nothing else. I should have said a crown!!!
