Why not make your own "heart" healthy baked tortilla chips?
Why not make your own "heart" healthy baked tortilla chips?
First cut up some tortillas (corn or flour) using kitchen scissors!
Next, toss them in a bowl with olive or canola oil and salt.
Now spread them out on a cookie sheet and place them in 425• preheated oven.
(It's okay if they overlap)

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, gently tossing several times. until desired crispiness!
And there you go...Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips

Yum! I have made these myself for Halloween and used various halloween cookie cutters to cut different shapes with. Another idea would be to cut them out in heart shapes for Valentine's day too.
