There's a whole community of crafters out there that dress up ordinary matchboxes
for all kinds of occasions and themes, stuff their little
drawers with bits of goodness + send
them off to brighten others'
mailboxes!
Here is the re-purposed matchbox I decorated and sent off to my sister,
Diane at Saturday Finds...
who in turn has made some to send to her lucky recipients!
I filled it with all sorts of goodies that she could add to her crafting stash...
and use for her future crafting projects!
I had fun making this miniature "happy day" banner for her too!
Hope she likes it!
Stay Cozy,
Carrie

ReplyDeleteOh wowzers! Not heard off or seen these before. What a fab idea for a swap x
ReplyDeleteOh how cute-cute!!! You are so clever. What a delight that would be getting in the mail. Now I must go burn something to acquire a matchbox.
