...in the oven
- Place a dozen eggs (or however many you want) in a mini or regular muffin tin.
- Preheat the oven to 325F then put the eggs in and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and instantly immerse in cold water for 10 minutes.
- For easiest peeling, remove the shells right away, otherwise refrigerate until needed.Happy Easter!
