My neighbor was kind enough to lend me a cup of milk
I needed to complete a recipe.
So I made this little "milk carton" for them
and I filled it with "milk" chocolate candies.
So grateful for thoughtful neighbors.
Stay Cozy and be a good neighbor,
Carrie
It is so adorable! And you are so kind and thoughtful!

What a cute idea.
ReplyDeleteOh Carrie, it's so good to hear that someone still borrows from their neighbor. I do as well, and recently I borrowed a simple battery for my computer mouse. I also had extra Girl Scout cookies and gave a box to my neighbor. Your milk carton is delightful, and such a creative gift.

ReplyDeleteSuch a clever and sweet gesture. :)
ReplyDeleteSo sweet of you to return the favor! I've never had really close neighbors as always lived "out in the country".. but now that I live in a mobile home park, my neighbors are just next door! I've only been here 5 months but an enjoying borrowing (and returning something different) with neighbors! The little milk carton is darling.. I've always just loved those little paper craft milk cartons! Such a cute way to give a treat to someone. Good and sweet neighbors are such a blessing! Marilyn
