AND THE WINNER IS...The winner is Lori at My Faerie Window ! Congratulations...
Your goodies will be on their way, Lori! Enjoy and Happy Valentine's Day!
I had a chance to bake some cookies yesterday. They are made using museli!
Museli is actually a cereal that can be served hot or cold. I like to use it for cookies!
This museli is from Putney's and is European Style with spiced apples & walnuts!
It contains rolled oats, barley, sunflower seeds, dates and raisins too. So good!
Really easy to make...and the dough is delicious (yeah yeah...I know about the raw eggs...)
But the cookie dough is the best part!Gotta love the Kitchen Aid Mixer....Mine is over 20 years old...
and it works as good as the day I got it!Voila....yummy cookies! They were just perfect for a chilly Sunday afternoon after church!
Have a fabulous Monday!
Hi Carrie! Thanks for the visit and comment. It's great to meet you and to find your pretty blog. This looks like a yummy, and healthy cookie recipe. I'll have to try it! Boy, I know what you mean about the dough. It always takes great restraint on my part to keep from eating too much of it while baking!!

Hi Carrie,
ReplyDeleteThose cookies look really yummy. Muesli, hmmm, never would have thought of using that in cookies, but I guess it would be just like oatmeal cookies (but yummier). You are making me want to get out my KitchenAid and get baking in my kitchen.
It was so nice of you to stop by my blog and leave me such kind comments!
Best-
Sue
Would you please let me know how I can get one or the angels? I would really like to have one. Thanks

Dear anonymous...I got my angel at my local Hallmark store! Try there!
ReplyDeleteStay Cozy, Carrie
Congratulations Lori! Carrie - thank you for the sweet comments on my blog. I appreciate your friendship so much and I will be posting an arm injury update soon - I am doing well, but am a bit aggressive and abstinent in my recovery as always. Doctors hate me. ~Kelly
