...are my ..."perpetual calendars" ...
good for a span of many years.
They come in many different styles & designs...
and can be a true work of art!
This one is a Lisa Kaus design!
There is just something lovely & comforting about
the daily routine of a perpetual calendar.
I enjoy moving the markers to their new positions
each morning to mark the new day!
They are much like "old reliable friends"!
Stay Cozy,
Carrie
I guess I have not seen these before this..they are really cute! I do love buying a new one every year though. I usually pick old or cottage homes on mine, or animals or children. :D
ReplyDeletethis is beautiful, I would love this.I have had to start a new blog, mine was hacked through google blogger.I thought I had followed you before and i was correct, its been a struggling finding everyone,, I lost everything, I'm not sure if you followed me or not,, but I would love for you too, I hope you have a happy monday.

Jane
Love it. Where can we buy one?
ReplyDeleteI love old and reliable friends... always a treasure.
ReplyDeleteOh, I do like that idea. One in the kitchen would be nice. My office one has to have little boxes for me to write in...too much to remember for this old mind.
ReplyDeleteYours are very cute.
Hi Carrie, I have the same calender (the first one). it hangs in my craft room, but I never change the date! I dont know why.. maybe youve inspired me to do so! love the lisa kaus one!

ReplyDeletethese are lovely. I tend to go the throwaway after a year route but these are much prettier and eco friendly.
ReplyDeleteAs always, you have The Best Stuff! Yes, the soldier is back on American soil, living at Fort Hood, Texas with his family. They will be here for Christmas and bring My Baby back then! I am going to be needing to review all of your clever steps in downsizing...we are getting the home ready to sell, to move into a townhouse. Knowing that you did it so successfully, emotionally and physically, gives me a lot of hope. **blows kisses** Deb
ReplyDeleteBoth are very pretty and I just LOVE Lisa Kaus' art!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Fall,
Mary Lou
They really are a work of art aren't they.
ReplyDeleteMy DIL made me a beautiful, scrap book type calendar...and I keep pulling it out, just to look at the wonderful, happy, family photos etc.
Time moves on
but beauty and memories do not
