An Apple Today....

It is almost apple picking time here in Oregon...

Before you head out, consider what you'll do with the apples that you pick.

    I am now thinking of that apple pie in the jar ymmmmmm. We always went apple picking when my daughter was home. how about sliced apples with peanutbutter?

    Oh...what sweet little pies! Yes, it's apple time here in Oregon. Next week I am heading over to the valley to do some picking at my sister's house. She has wonderful trees right in her back yard. I can't wait to dry a bunch of them and tuck them away.
