This easy-to make treat just screams "Fall"!
It's a cross between a "pie" and a "cake"!
If you serve it warm use a spoon....as it cools you can cut it into pieces!
I used a white cake mix (that's what I had on hand)
... and I added the walnuts on top!
P.S. I brought this to my ladies Bible Study...they ate it up!
It looks yummy. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHi Carrie...I love this recipe, and have used it for years! Sometimes I make it along with or even instead of pumpkin pie...it is so so good! Come say hi :D
ReplyDeleteThis looks so yummy. I was so excited when I went to the store, and found that pumpkin pie filling is back on the shelf. I made chocolate pumpkin muffins last night. I love fall. I will give this recipe a try when my family has wiped out the muffins (probably tomorrow..haha)
