Love is in the Air & a "Giveaway" too...

Thought you might like to see my front entry display for Valentine's Day. It was difficult to get a good picture because it looks in to my atrium and is back lit by the outside sunlight. I just love the colors of Valentine's Day, don't you?
I made this Valentine Paper Sundae and this Pink Tray Collage to add to the decor!
Notice this "Posy Pocket" hanging on the window. Does it look familiar? It was given to me by my sister, Diane at Saturday Finds. She makes these wonderfully creative retro decorations for every occasion! She has many other handmade treasures as well as fabulous vintage finds! She even sells cd's loaded with clipart of vintage cards that you can use for your crafting and creating! Please visit her and tell her that I sent you. It will definitely be worth your time...

Diane's daughter and my niece, Breezy at the Pink Door makes these adorable bottle brush Love Trees. They come in a few colors and are on sale at her etsy shoppe! Breezy is a new first time mom and she is just getting started with her craft and collectible business, working from home, so she can be a full time mom to little Amelie. Please stop by her blog and say hi...and offer her some words of encouragement! She is a very talented young woman!

And now for the fun....dat dat dat duh! A GIVEAWAY for you!

A "Mary Engelbreit" Queen of Hearts box and a Sandra Magsamen Dept. 56 "Artful Angel".
Since I was the recent recipient of a wonderful giveaway from Lisa at Stop 'n Smell the Chocolates, I wanted to give back...so I will be happy to put your name in my drawing for each of the following ways you participate:
(1) Leave me a comment to say hi
(2) Go visit my sister at Saturday Finds and leave her a comment (she will let me know)
(3) Say hello to my niece, Breezy, at Pink Door (she will let me know too)
(4) Add a little blurb to your post about my giveaway and send bloggers my way!

Thanks so much for stopping by and participating! I really do appreciate all of your kind comments. The drawing will end at midnight Sunday, February 8th so I can ship out the prize to the winner on Monday!

Oh...one more thing... you know how we have to copy the "secret word" to leave a comment....those random made up words? Check out the first one I got this morning....just add an "e" and it was my name...Carrie....made me laugh!

Hello Carrie! Thanks for your kind words and visiting my blog. When I seen your work (nice) of Mary Engelbreit I was reminded again of what someone shared on another blog last week and that was the Nov/Dec 2008 issue is her last to be published. I am glad I saved all of her issues. Sorry if this is duplicated. Blogger or me acting up.
