J'aime la cuisine française

I went to a fun & free Cooking demo given by a local French trained chef here in Portland!
It was put on by "Mix" magazine
Chef Louisa Neumann
It was a demonstration of a handful of fresh summer dishes.

And we were able to taste each dish as it went along....
Here a few of my favorites...

 Open-Face Radish Sandwiches
(I was surprised at how much I liked this one!)

Summer Vegetable Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce

 Tomato and Cucumber Panzanella Salad

What a fun afternoon...
Be on the lookout for these kind of free events in your area.
This was sponsored by our local Standard Appliance Store.

Stay Cozy,
Carrie

  10. What a lovely thing to do. With winter just around the corner I am getting the urge to make more soups, casseroles and puddings. It is lovely to change with the seasons. Charmaine
