Back to the Gym!

I renewed my membership at the gym....
today was my first day back.

Ready to get back in shape!

    It is so much more fun that the gym and hour just flys by.

    I love the little piggy..LOL
    Gary and I are starting WWW again next week. We were so bad and gained all the weight back we lost. So back to square one..
    The taco's do look yummy. I will have to get use to the new point system.

  19. Carrie, I'm hearing you! For so many years I maintained the same weight. However, I was also exercising 5-6 times a week then. I've slowly put on 20 pounds in the midst of a stressful situation. I bought the book "Made to Crave" by Lysa TerKeurst. I'm going to join in on a study along with Kim Avery' blog.

    It's good to encourage one another.
